About us
With a passion for arts and crafts and a qualification in Jewellery Design and Manufacture, combined with a 20+ year nursing career, I have a unique skillset to provide arts and crafts to all, whatever their ability.
Meet the Founder.
Hi my name is Penny and I founded The Art Spark in 2025. I have always enjoyed crafting and art. It brings me joy and a sense of calm. I am always looking for the next project and challenge, most recently having a go at willow weaving. I want to bring this sense of joy and achievement to others, in particular I have an interest in those with disability who may find accessing mainstream art and craft events challenging, so I strive to make crafts inclusive for all. I still pursue a nursing career and my experience in this area has given me a unique skillset to help others achieve their crafting goals.
